The real desk problem

F&I dies when it lives in another login

Sales works the CRM. Someone pastes into a menu tool. Credit and compliance land in a third place — or on paper after the customer left. Every handoff is a re-key risk, a funding delay, or a compliance miss you find too late.

  • Menu presentation that never sees the CRM deal or the car on the lot
  • FCRA, OFAC, and cash-reporting work shoved to “later,” when it’s hardest to fix
  • No coaching at the moment of truth — only training after the deal is gone

Independents need structure, products, and protection on one jacket — not another island that makes a pretty menu and a weak store connection.

What you get

F&I software built into the deal — not a bolted-on menu island

Deal Desk, F&I, documents, and compliance in one jacket. One SKU — the whole desk, not a tier split inside the module.

Deal Desk structure & scenarios

Structure payments and scenarios on the jacket you already have open. Deals queue attaches customers and vehicles so desk work is not a blank form while the buyer cools off in the box.

Scenarios on the same record sales opened — or the deal you started cold.

F&I product catalog / menu rails

Product catalog and menu rails live on the deal — not a bolted-on menu island in another login. Present products where structure and payments already sit.

Menu depth on the jacket. Not a second tab after the sale is “done.”

Funding pipeline & deal jacket

Funding pipeline and deal jacket stay with lender management and submissions on one path. Structure, submit, and track funding without losing the jacket.

Funding work on the same deal record you desked.

Credit & pre-qual path

Credit and pre-qual path on the deal — soft and hard pulls when you need them, still tied to the jacket. Deeper prequal can start back at the lead when CRM is live.

Credit in the flow. Full 700Credit detail in the section below.

Document generation & title work

Document generation and title work in-flow so paperwork does not wait until the customer is gone. Generate docs and push title work while the jacket is still open.

Docs and title work on the deal — not a pile after delivery.

Compliance checklist & tax/fee calc

Compliance checklist per deal plus tax and fee calculation so protection and numbers stay with structure. Keep compliance in-flow — not shoved to “later.”

How it works

Open the deal. Structure. Protect. Fund.

Four steps. One path from customer to a funded-ready jacket — without a menu island in the middle.

1

Pull the customer in (or start fresh)

Open a deal from a CRM handoff when CRM is live — or open a deal cold if you do not run CRM yet. Works standalone: desk the deal you already have.

2

Structure scenarios + F&I menu

Deal Desk structure and scenarios, product rails, and payments on one jacket. No blank forms. No retyping a stranger while the customer cools off in the box.

3

Credit & compliance in-flow

700Credit soft and hard pulls, IDV, OFAC screening support, FCRA consent, adverse-action support, and jacket docs while the customer is still at the desk.

4

Docs, title work, funding pipeline

Generate documents, run title work in-flow, and push into the funding pipeline — with lender management and submissions on the same path.

700Credit at the desk

Credit and compliance in the jacket — 700Credit at the desk

Most dealers already know 700Credit. Aerolot puts that workflow on the deal jacket — soft and hard paths, identity, authorizations, and desk tools — so F&I isn’t bouncing between logins.

Soft pull

Early credit context when you need a read before you commit the customer to a hard pull — still tied to the same deal record.

Hard pull

Full pull workflow when you are ready to structure and submit — authorizations and consent kept with the jacket.

Compliance tools

IDV, OFAC screening support, FCRA consent, adverse-action workflow support — in-flow, not “we’ll fix it in accounting later.”

Desk + 4-square

Deal Desk depth that speaks independent desking language — structure and products where you already work the numbers.

Soft and hard pulls in the deal flow. Compliance tools in-flow (IDV, OFAC screening support, FCRA consent, adverse-action). Dealer’s own 700Credit account — no Aerolot markup. Prequal can start back at the lead with the CRM module. Lender submission paths (e.g. RouteOne) — not a wholesale eContracting replacement.

Aero Deal Coach

Coaching on the structure in front of you

Aero Deal Coach sits on the deal — lenders, compliance risk signals, and product guidance when it matters. Moment-of-truth help. You still own the judgment call. Aero proposes — you approve. How Aero works →

Menu island vs OS

Great presentation is not the same as a connected desk

Menu-only tools can look sharp. The store still pays for re-key, weak compliance timing, and zero coaching on the live deal.

Works standalone

Desk the deal you already have

Works standalone — desk the deal you already have. CRM, Inventory, and the rest of the OS make the jacket stronger, but they are not required to run DMS. Open a cold deal, structure scenarios, run credit and compliance, generate docs, and push funding without waiting on another module.

Works with

Stronger when the rest of the OS is live

Stock that matches what the site and desk see lives in Inventory. Money views and morning financial visibility live in Accounting & Payments. CRM feeds the handoff. Aero and Autopilot sit on the store you actually run.

Who lives in the box

Who DMS + F&I is for

One module for the desk roles that structure, protect, and fund — not a separate F&I login sold next to the DMS.

F&I manager

You care about structure quality, funding, and not getting burned on compliance. You get in-deal structure, 700Credit path, and coaching without leaving the jacket.

Owner / desk manager

You care about gross and risk. Mistakes found after the customer leaves cost real money. Compliance in-flow and one jacket reduce “we’ll fix it later” surprises.

Sales leadership

You care about a clean handoff. Customer and vehicle arrive with context — not blank forms and a verbal summary that changes every retelling.

Great fit

  • Independents desking on paper, Excel, or a disconnected menu
  • Stores that want CRM and F&I on one record when CRM is live
  • Teams ready to run credit/compliance in the jacket

Honest limits

  • Not legal advice or a substitute for counsel/training
  • Not a wholesale eContracting replacement claim
  • Works standalone — deeper when CRM, Inventory, and Accounting are on

Questions desk and owners actually ask

The DMS module carries the whole desk — Deal Desk, F&I, documents, and compliance — as one SKU. There is no base-vs-plus split inside DMS. Deeper credit and prequal paths pair with the CRM module and your own 700Credit account. We’ll map your exact path on the demo.

DMS is the desk: structure, F&I, docs, compliance, funding. CRM is the lead book and pipeline. They share one customer and car when both are on. You can run DMS alone — works standalone, desk the deal you already have — and add CRM when you want prequal and handoff from the lead.

No. Aerolot does not replace RouteOne or Dealertrack eContracting. Lender submission paths (e.g. RouteOne) are hedged: we support submission paths in the jacket flow — we do not promise two-way integration or instant decisions. Bring your lenders to the demo and we’ll walk the funding path for your store.

No. Aerolot provides tools and workflows. Dealers still need their own counsel, training, and compliance program. We do not invent guarantees about audit outcomes or regulatory safety.

Yes — that’s the point of the OS. When CRM is live, the handoff lands on the same customer and vehicle the desk works. No retyping a stranger for the menu. DMS also works cold if you start the deal at the desk.

Yes in principle. Effort depends on data quality, export formats, and which workflows must run in parallel. We won’t sell a magic import fairy tale — the demo is where we scope week one honestly (often: desk + deals first, then CRM and inventory depth).

Aero Deal Coach proposes structure, product, and risk guidance on the deal in front of you — you approve. Judgment stays with the store. Never fully autonomous on consequential calls.

We’ll walk Deal Desk, F&I product rails, 700Credit, and compliance tools on a live path. Not a PDF. Not a deck of screenshots you can’t click.
